May Madness 2018 - Food


Healthy, delicious, and plentiful SNACKS will be available throughout the weekend, including:

- A LIGHT BREAKFAST from 8:30 am on Saturday and Sunday which will include juices, fresh fruit, muffins and breakfast bars, bagels, and hard boiled eggs.

-    A FULL LUNCH be provided on-site on Saturday.  Lunch will include a vegetarian option.  We won’t be able to cater to all dietary restrictions, though, so if you need special food, please bring it.


Throughout the weekend the snacks will include some vegetarian and gluten-free options. We won’t be able to cater to all dietary restrictions, though, so if you need special food, please bring it. 



2018 Detailed Menu:


The snack tables will be arranged for encourage dancers to ‘grab and go’- pick up the item(s) they want and immediately step away from the serving tables.


Here is a detailed snack menu for the weekend.

Friday night break around 9:00 - 9:30
"Stations" or tables for:  
   (1) Fruit, vegetables
   (2) Sweets: candy, chocolate, special dessert
   (3) Salty-crunchy: chips, dips, popcorn 
   (4) Protein: nacho bar with chips and 'extras'- nuts, almond and peanut butters.

Saturday morning breakfast 8:30 - 9:30
"Stations" or tables for:  
   (1) Fruit, yogurt
   (2) Muffins and bagels
   (3) Hardboiled eggs  
   (4) Juice

Saturday lunch. 12:00  New!!
   A variety of sandwiches, chips, cookies, salad and coleslaw.

Saturday afternoon 3:00 - 3:30
A lighter version of Saturday night with "stations" or tables for:
   (1) Fruit, vegetables
   (2) Sweets: candy, chocolate, sweet treats
   (3) Salty-crunchy chips, dips, popcorn, rice cakes
   (4) Protein: cheese, crackers, nuts, almond and peanut butters.

Saturday night 9:00 - 9:30
"Stations" or tables for:
   (1) Fruit, vegetables
   (2) Sweets: candy, special dessert, sweet treats

   (3) Salty-crunchy chips, dips, popcorn
   (4) Protein: bean dip with chips and salsa, cheese, nuts, almond and peanut butters

Sunday morning 8:30 - 9:30
"Stations" or tables for:  
   (1) Fruit, yogurt, granola/cereal
   (2) Muffins and bagels  
   (3) Hardboiled eggs
   (4) Juice

Sunday mid-to-late morning - Sunday afternoon
   There are no formal breaks, but a variety of snacks will be available around the mid-point of the

   dance and workshop times.
